If you are anything like me your vice is chocolate. My favorite chocolate candy has always been Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Since I've been fasting and on keto I've been looking for a way to recreate my favorite chocolate treat. These peanut butter cups are my perfect solution and are easy to make. They also double as a great tasting fat bomb with a firm texture. Only 1.5 grams of carbohydrates each and high in healthy fats. Here is the recipe:
10 servings
5 tbsp cacao butter
5 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
5 tbsp peanut butter
5 tbsp stevia
1 cup of almond milk
Instructions
Turn oven top on medium heat. Mix all ingredients into a pot until it mixes into a liquid. Pour into cupcake molds. Let set in refrigerator for an hour.
